Our 1100 sq/ft studio is a creative’s playground, complete with a large corner cyc wall, 15’ ceilings, a north-facing window, an enormous 13X9 ft skylight, and an array of curated props and furniture.
Adjustable with blackout and diffusion panels, our skylight can be tailored to ensure the perfect amount of natural light for your creative projects. We include Profoto lighting equipment with every booking.
Immerse yourself in your favorite music with our top-of-the-line Sony 440-watt sound system, complete with built-in Spotify/YouTube and Bluetooth connection. Plus, our RGB ceiling lighting can be changed to any color, helping you set the ultimate vibe.
We’re Located just a quick 5-minutes from the L Train (Jefferson stop) in Bushwick.

Rather than a self-serve or turnkey model, we provide a more personal experience. New guests are welcomed and checked in by onsite staff, and the studio includes access to our curated props and production design elements that help bring creative ideas to life.
This approach allows us to support artists and productions while maintaining a warm, collaborative atmosphere in the space.
Studio Rates
The rates below are for production use. Please visit our events for event booking and info.
Community Rate:
Community rates are intended to support community artists, small brands, and independent creative projects with limited budgets. This rate is best suited for small teams and self-produced shoots.
These rates are available for bookings Monday–Thursday from 7:00 AM–10:00 PM and weekends from 7:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Please note that peak weekend hours may be subject to different pricing. If your project extends into peak weekend hours, please reach out to inquire about availability and rates.
2 hours — $190 ($95/hr)
3 hours — $270 ($90/hr)
4+ hours — $85/hr
Larger commercial productions, agencies, or projects with significant budgets may be subject to commercial rates.
Commercial Rate:
This is our full-service option and it comes with on-site assistance and use of all our amenities.
