Studio Credit Booking Policy
Bookings can be made during non-peak hours (Monday through Thursday).
For production use on personal projects or with small business clients

Once you have chosen a date and booked your session with us, we will hold that time and date for you.
If you are unable to make your booking, please note that you can reschedule. While we typically have a $35 rescheduling fee, we will waive it for the first reschedule.
You can reschedule any time up to 72 hours before your booking. Any no-shows or cancellations within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the credit, and the booking will not be eligible for rescheduling.
In the case of a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may reschedule at our discretion. However, please understand that we are unable to guarantee a reschedule if notice is given within the 72-hour window.
By reserving a specific date and time for your session, we ensure that the studio is available exclusively for you. When a booking is canceled or rescheduled with short notice, we often lose the opportunity to offer that time to other clients, which directly impacts our business.
