Our studio can host up to 50 guests.

The studio has a freight elevator available with advance notice, as well as a handicap-accessible bathroom.
If you have any accessibility needs or questions before your booking, please let us know so we can help plan your visit.

We’re located in a lively neighborhood with nearby bars, music venues, and nightlife within walking distance.
Street parking is available in the surrounding area.

To protect the studio, please do not use tape, nails, hooks, or any hanging methods that may damage walls, paint, or surfaces. Only approved removable adhesive (such as sticky tack) may be used.
Glitter, confetti, and similar materials that are difficult to fully remove are not permitted.
All decorating and cleanup must take place within your reserved booking time.

The studio features an integrated surround sound system experience with Bluetooth connectivity.
Our iPad station is mounted next to the stereo, allowing hosts to play their own playlists on Spotify.
DJs are permitted for private events with prior approval. All load in, setup, sound checks, and breakdown must take place within the reserved booking time.

Our karaoke package is available as an add-on for a $150 flat fee. Please inquire when submitting your booking request for details and availability.

Food is permitted. On-site cooking is not allowed. We ask that guests avoid overly messy or staining foods.
Food and beverages are not permitted on the red velvet furniture; we encourage guests to use designated areas for dining.
All vendors, setup, and cleanup must take place within the reserved booking time, including arrival, breakdown, and trash removal.

We are a BYOB Venue. Alcohol is permitted with prior approval. Alcohol sales are not allowed.
An additional permission to have alcohol fee will apply. This covers increased cleaning and event-related liability considerations.
All applicable alcohol laws and regulations must be followed at all times.
Please note that beverages or substances that may cause permanent staining are not permitted, including red wine or similar items.

Guests are responsible for returning the studio to its original condition at the end of their booking, including removing personal items, placing all trash in the designated trash area, and cleaning up any spills or messes beyond normal event wear and tear.
All setup and cleanup must take place within your reserved booking time.

We understand plans can change. Cancellation and refund eligibility are based on the timing of your request:
Cancellations made 30+ days before your booking start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 7–30 days before your booking start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before your booking start time are non-refundable.
Bookings made within 30 days of the event date follow the same 7-day cancellation window and are eligible for a 50% refund only if cancelled 7 or more days before the booking.
Rescheduling requests are handled based on availability and the timing of the request.

Event insurance is required for private events, including birthdays, gatherings, and any bookings involving alcohol or large guest counts.
Workshops and smaller creative bookings typically do not require insurance unless otherwise specified based on the nature of the event.
