TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ❤️ * ******* We have you scheduled for a full day booking on Sunday May 19th, 2024 for a day rate of $575.00. RETAINER: To secure your booking date, a non-refundable $287.50 retainer is necessary. This amount will be credited toward your total booking cost. Please submit via Paypal PayPal Email: a.b.huckabay@gmail.com RESCHEDULING POLICY: Once your booking is confirmed, there is a $35 fee for rescheduling. Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours before your booking start time, and the deposit can be applied to the new booking date. However, any schedule changes or cancellations made within 72 hours will result in the forfeiture of the retainer. ******* PLEASE ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES AND GUIDELINES WHEN VISITING OUR SPACE: CYCLORAMA WALL: Be mindful when walking on the cyc wall, please make sure your shoes are either off or the bottoms of them are clean. We will have shoe covers on site and shoe wipes for the talent. . Absolutely no walking on or setting items on the curved edge of the wall. Please no Piano on cyc (too heavy) or tiny stiletto heels (puncture holes). Guests will be responsible for repair costs if cyc wall is damaged. DAMAGE & LOSS: Guests are responsible to compensate in full any item that are broken or taken. ALCOHOL: Guests must get permission to bring alcohol. There is a $100 Fee for the use of alcohol. NOT ALLOWED: No glitter, no confetti, no oil based fog machines. No messy foods. No Smoking. There is a $200 penalty fee. BATHROOM FOB: Replacement fee for a lost bathroom key fob is $100 SET UP & CLEAN UP: The booking time is pre-arranged and starts at the hour booked. ALL set up and wrap up time has to be included in the booked hours. If you need extra time for setting up or cleaning up, please plan ahead and book it in advance. Please do not come earlier, as the space will likely be occupied or being maintained. There is a coffee shop just across the street. We recommend our guests to wait there if they arrive early. CHECKING OUT: Before leaving, guests are required to make sure to move all furniture and props exactly back to where they were. Don’t leave any food boxes, trash, or dirt. We suggest planning ahead for at least the last 15 minutes of your booked time for the clean-up. If the space is left dirty, messy, or not in the original condition, a minimum of $100 cleaning fee will be applied. Thank you for respecting our rules and guidelines!
