Studio Guidelines & Policies

  • ALL set-up and wrap-up time has to be included in the session.

  • This session is for independent creators, artists, and smaller-scale creative work. Maximum of 5 guests.

  • There is a $25 fee if you would like to reschedule to another date. You can reschedule your booking up to 7 days before your event's start time.

  • Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Bookings made within 30 days before the event start time will only be eligible for a 50% refund of their Booking Price if cancelled 7 or more days before the event, otherwise the Booking will be non-refundable.

  • No glitter, confetti, etc. No messy foods. No Smoking. There is a $200 penalty fee.

  • Guests are responsible for the repair or replacement cost of any studio property, furniture, equipment, props, décor, or other items that are damaged, missing, removed, or not returned during their booking. The booking guest is responsible for any damage or loss caused by themselves or any member of their group.

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • Please help us take care of our white cyc wall: Be mindful when walking on the cyc, please make sure your shoes are clean of off. Absolutely no walking on or setting items on the curved edge of the wall. No Piano on cyc (too heavy). Guests will be responsible for repair costs if cyc wall is damaged.

  • Replacement fee for a lost bathroom key fob: $100

  • Before leaving, guests are required to make sure to move all furniture and props back to what they were. Don’t leave any food boxes, trash, or dirt. In order to keep the price low, we do not charge a cleaning fee, but it means we rely on guests doing their part. We suggest planning ahead for at least the last 15 minutes of your booked time for the clean-up. If the space is left dirty, messy, or not in the original condition, a minimum of $50 cleaning fee will be applied.
