RESCHEDULING POLICY: There is a $35 fee if you would like to reschedule your booking. You can reschedule your booking up to 7 days before event start time. CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Booking made within 30 days before the event start time will only be eligible for a 50% refund of their Booking Price if cancelled 7 or more days before the event, otherwise the Booking will be non-refundable. ******* PLEASE ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES AND GUIDELINES WHEN VISITING OUR SPACE: CYCLORAMA WALL: Be mindful when walking on the cyc wall, please make sure your shoes are either off or the bottoms of them are clean. Complemetry shoe covers and shoe wipes are available on-site. . Absolutely no walking on or setting items on the curved edge of the wall. No Piano on cyc (too heavy) or tiny stiletto heels (puncture holes). Guests will be responsible for repair costs if cyc wall is damaged. DAMAGE & LOSS: Guests are responsible to compensate in full any item that are broken or taken. ALCOHOL: Guests must get permission to bring alcohol. There is a $100 Fee for the use of alcohol. NOT ALLOWED: No glitter, no confetti, no oil based fog machines. No messy foods. No Smoking. There is a $200 penalty fee. BATHROOM FOB: Replacement fee for a lost bathroom key fob is $100 SET UP & CLEAN UP: The booking time is pre-arranged and starts at the hour booked. ALL set up and wrap up time has to be included in the booked hours. If you need extra time for setting up or cleaning up, please plan ahead and book it in advance. Please do not come earlier, as the space will likely be occupied or being maintained. There is a coffee shop just across the street. We recommend our guests to wait there if they arrive early. Before leaving, guests are required to reset the room and ensure that no food boxes, trash, or debris are left behind. We have provided an on-site checklist to assist with this process. We recommend planning at least the last 15 minutes of your booked time for cleanup. OVERTIME: Overtime is subject to availability and is billed at time and a half. CHECKING OUT: Before leaving, guests are required to make sure to move all furniture and props exactly back to where they were. Don’t leave any food boxes, trash, or dirt. We suggest planning ahead for at least the last 15 minutes of your booked time for the clean-up.
