Studio Guidelines & Policies

  • ALL set-up and wrap-up time has to be included in the booked hours. If you need extra time for setting up or cleaning up, please plan ahead and book it in advance.

  • The rates listed below are for independent creators, artists, and smaller-scale creative work. Maximum of 7 guests. Please reach out if you will need additional guests beyond the 7.

  • The booking time is pre-arranged and starts at the hour booked. Please do not come earlier, as the space will likely be occupied or being maintained. If you or your crew member(s) happen to arrive early, there is a nice coffee shop next door named Caffe Vita that we recommend as a place to wait.

  • Overtime is subject to availability and must be requested. Overtime will be charged at time and a half.

  • There is a $35 fee if you would like to reschedule your booking. You can reschedule your booking up to 7 days before your event's start time.

  • Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Bookings made within 30 days before the event start time will only be eligible for a 50% refund of their Booking Price if cancelled 7 or more days before the event, otherwise the Booking will be non-refundable.

  • No glitter, confetti, etc. No messy foods. No Smoking. There is a $200 penalty fee.

  • Please help us take care of our white cyc wall: Be mindful when walking on the cyc, please make sure your shoes are clean. Absolutely no walking on or setting items on the curved edge of the wall. No Piano on cyc (too heavy). Guests will be responsible for repair costs if cyc wall is damaged.

  • Replacement fee for a lost bathroom key fob: $100

  • Before leaving, guests are required to make sure to move all furniture and props back to what they were. Don’t leave any food boxes, trash, or dirt. In order to keep the price low, we do not charge a cleaning fee in advance, but it means we rely on guests doing their part. We suggest planning ahead for at least the last 15 minutes of your booked time for the clean-up. If the space is left dirty, messy, or not in the original condition, a minimum of $100 cleaning fee will be applied.
